Age
A person of any age can get an aadhaar. For children below 3 years, biometric details will not be taken and the aadhaar will be linked to guardians/parents. They shall have to register biometrics when they turn 5 years of age. For children between 5 and 15 years, the biometric shall be re-registered again when they turn 15 years of age, as biometrics change with age. 20
Non Resident Indians

Non resident Indians will also be given Aadhaar number if they fulfill specific conditions, which shall be notified soon. One thing that is sure that the NRI has to go physically to enrollment centre to register biometric details, i.e. there is no online registration.
Foreign nationals
A citizen of India can get an Aadhaar. It is not clear that whether a foreign national living in India over a particular period can get a aadhaar also.
